Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales on www.gachify.com are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We’re committed to your satisfaction, so if you encounter any issues, our support team is here to help.

Please note:

  1. Verify before binding. Before linking an account to your personal email, double-check that it matches the description you purchased.

  2. Report discrepancies promptly. If anything doesn’t look right—incorrect details, missing content, or other issues—contact us immediately so we can correct it.

  3. Final binding voids replacement. Once an account is bound to your email, its password is changed, or you use any in-game assets (resources, gems, etc.), it becomes non-replaceable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
